Human Resources Management International Certificate (HRIC)

 

Introduction 

The course covers the different HR functions in logical sequential modules. It explores the interlinked functions of Human Resources management and logistics. Specific lectures focus on technical skills of the HR like Change Management and conflict management to equip the attendee along with the DWS (Dynamic Workshop) at the end of the certificate with all the necessary knowledge and skills to star in this profession.

HRIC befalls into the three levels, HRICA (Associate), HRICP (Professional) and HRICE (Expert):

  • HRICA is to upgrade the knowledge and skills of the potential HR practitioner and or the HR career shifting to the competent level of an Associate Business Partner level which will enable the HRICA graduate to carry out all the HR functions based on full scientific understanding and practicing, the HRICA holder will find it easily to pursue all the HR functions smoothly.

  • HRICP(Professional) is to upgrade the knowledge and skills from the level of the HR practitioner to supervisory and managerial level with full understanding of the HR strategic functions.

  • HRICE (Expert) is to upgrade the knowledge and skills from the level of the HR supervisory and or managerial level also to the line managers to the level of Director and Consultant level which will have the impact of a turnaround 180 process with full comprehension of the implementation of the HR strategic functions.??

Course Objectives

Attendee will understand the basic elements of the HR different function.

Attendee will understand the link between the business management concepts and the HR in a very practical way.

Attendee will understand the fundamentals of HR and related technical skills that is essential for competent HR professional.

Describe the process of talent Management in terms competency modeling, recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development.

Describe, in general terms, the future of Human Resources Management and the Human Capital and asset management.

Candidates will act during the final presentation of the dynamic workshop as a well versed HR in charge of his own chosen graduation project individually or in a group work.

HRICA: HR Career seeker with or without admin background, 0-2 years experience.

HRICP: Professionals, managers, and executives who are involved in Human Resources management at the HR supervisory level or line manager with background 3-5 yearí»s experience.

HRICE: Expert professionals, managers, and executives who are involved in Human Resources management at the HR managerial level or line manager with background more than5 yearí»s experience.

Training Mode
 
This course will be delivered through a combination of interactive methodology and lectures, case studies, practical hands-on exercises and projects. The course is designed to provide the attendees with as much practical experience as possible to prepare them to implement the human resource functions in their organizations. 
 
Requirements for Certification:
 

?The í░Human Resource International certificateí▒ will be offered to Participants attended the full registered days with minimum 80% of the entire program. and a professional demonstration from the attendee to his selected case study in the Dynamic Workshop and Direct Study which include but not limited to an interactive group discussion and debate regarding the different dimension of the case study and the applied methodology to solve the issue.

Examination
 
 In order to pass the exam, attendees must get a percentage of 70% in both the exam and the DWS í░Dynamic Workshop". The percentage is a combination of 30% DWS and 70% in the final exam which happens to be an open book exam.
